    Pros

    Some staff are nice people, who, unfortunately are overworked, under-resourced and grossly underpaid.

    Cons

    The executive leadership, and it is anything but leadership, is back-biting, in-fighting and openly fighting amongst the staff, ridiculing and trashing each other constantly. There is no vision or strategy for the company. There is no philosophy of employee retention and the company has become a revolving door of young, inexperienced employees because they come cheap.     Learned so much about market research and got to work on really interesting projects over the year using advanced data analysis
