      Great base pay and raises come frequently. Management is very easy to get along with. Interesting work

      Cons

      No air conditioning in the summer and pretty cold in the winter. Can be challenging with calibrations and Tool changes

      Contracted position to another company, makes for a great flexible work environment that is very family friendly but that is because of the company the position is contracted to.

      Cons

      Pay raises used to occur regularly but now have been stuck at the same pay level for a while.
