State of the art facilities and equipment. Responsiveness of HR department on personal issues is excellent. Benefit program is very good.
Cons
Every 6 months, there is often a change in management structure and procedures, which impacts how people are motivated. Often when a new initiative or product launch is announced and implemented the functionality or enhancement has not be tested enough.
