Pros
BPL has good benefits and is fun to work at. The Sr management is interested and engaged with the employees. The company also seems to be winning a lot of new business so that is good for the future
Cons
BPL is still pretty small so it does not have a large headquarters or dedicated HR department or some of the other infrastructure larger business have.
