Low salary and very long hours required. No overtime pay or time in lieu provided for consistently long hours. Absolutely no career progression available & no salary review provided after 6 months. On average required to drive approx. 1000 miles per week to deliver to customers, with little to no breaks due to the hours involved. No support from management to improve working conditions. Little to no training with regular unsafe heavy lifting involved (100kg plus) with no loading ramps, straps provided. Clients regularly upset due to incredibly long lead times caused in part by poor organisation & lack of resources due to underinvestment.
