Pros
Pretty good benefits for someone starting out or with a growing family. Good location to commute to around Columbus. Newer inside of the office and computer/technical equipment.
Cons
Be careful! Interviews go well, the office is nice and pretty but make sure you do your research before you accept an offer with Sarnova or its companies. Reach out to a current employee in the position you would like and see if they'll reveal a-day-in-the-life. I left a perfect position to come here and ended up hating my life and was a complete waste of my time, energy and resources to try with this company. Just look at the other reviews on here; there is so much in this company its ridiculous; unless your management or leadership that is. Leadership does not care for every member of their team unless they are their favorite or higher performer. If you don't perform right up to their expectations, they do not look at you the same. It seems that there is a soft of good ol' boys club with this company and if you aren't one, make sure not to do anything outside your regular job; no one is paying attention or cares. Work / Life balance can seem good at first until the work or workload starts to get heavy; PTO for medical appointments, not able to leave early/have a flex-type schedule regardless of work-from-home capability or tend to family matters. If you are new to your role or haven't really done that job before, make sure YOU get the training you need because chances are management or leadership will not give it to you properly commiserate with their expectation nor set their expectations to match your level of expertise or comfort with your job.
