Pros
Great culture, smart people, interesting work, impressive client list. Leadership team really cares about the team not just as employees, but as people. Culturally, the nicest place that I've ever worked.
Cons
Revenue has been down the last 2 quarters as clients are preserving cash due to the economic uncertainty. This is putting pressure on the team but things seems to be improving heading into Q4.

Pros
A few perks- my team, flexibility in where and when I work, and growth. My growth has gained momentum through the years because of the unique challenges this job faces on a daily basis. integrating people from all over the world is unlike anything I have experienced. The type of impact you want to make is entirely up to you.
Cons
I commend the positivity in recent posts because they are from the people who care deeply about this organization, including the CEO but when push comes to shove, it’s all about optics. We have established core values but if we were truly living by them an “economic slowdown” would not have stopped us from being successful or providing a healthy work environment for our people.
