I love the culture here. Everyone is super nice and supportive. I received plenty of training for my role and was set up for success. I am given lots of opportunities to grow and I am listened to when I have ideas or goals for the future. I love the flexibility of working from home, but the people in Chicago make going to the office something to look forward to. I can always trust my managers to support and look out for me. I can close my laptop at the end of the day and live my life outside of work with no expectations outside of working hours or anxiety. And also the job is just fun!
Cons
My salary is not the easiest to live on in Chicago. It seems like they pay everyone relatively well, and I know that my salary is decent for this role so I'm very grateful, but it would still be nice if even the most entry level positions were paid enough to afford the cost of living here.
