Supportive leadership but issues with staffing and ethics - PMHNP-BC Bridgewell Employee Review

Office environment is often very helpful and calm. Everybody can (help) do anybody’s job, as long as communication is clear. Employees are always the best part of the day, they are friendly, personable, and attentive.

Organization is converting into modern technology, some bits and pieces are still pen and paper. But Leadership is actively converting to technological environment.

I enjoyed the residents I worked for. I like working with everyone, going out into community, and being an advocate for the people that need it.

Lack of competent management, lack of care/interest in the residents, and they treat employees horribly!! The pay is shameful. We take care of the most vulnerable, yet we get paid less than a McDonald’s employees.
