I have been working at Bristlecone full-time for more than a year
Pros
Flexible Timings for employees in all the locations
Cons
Dont care about employees, so don't expect high salary, always give very pathetic variable payouts and increments.
Space crunch in offices and no parking space for their employees.
Overload you with work, very high expectations from employees but not vice-versa.

Pros
Bristlecone gives you a lot of opportunities, be it in Planning, presales, Machine learning. You name it and there are experts to help in all the areas. It a close knit family and everyone feels respected and heard. The main asset is its people, who make you feel important.
There is a vast pool of highly intelligent people and it feels awesome to share space with such a talented set
Cons
The only downside is its lack of hunger to expand quickly.
I worked at Bristlecone full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Bcone is a small firm so you can build relationships across the org, especially with leaders. The work culture is wonderful for learning and growth, with managers pushing the team to achieve higher goals
Cons
Since it is a small firm, it is difficult to grow after 5-7 years in the same work-stream unless you become a people manager
