I have been working at Bristlecone full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible Timings for employees in all the locations

    Cons

Dont care about employees, so don't expect high salary, always give very pathetic variable payouts and increments. Space crunch in offices and no parking space for their employees. Overload you with work, very high expectations from employees but not vice-versa.

I worked at Bristlecone full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Bcone is a small firm so you can build relationships across the org, especially with leaders. The work culture is wonderful for learning and growth, with managers pushing the team to achieve higher goals

    Cons

Since it is a small firm, it is difficult to grow after 5-7 years in the same work-stream unless you become a people manager
