Layoff friendly organisation - Technology Lead Broadridge Employee Review

No management from India-they don't take ownership. Lots of work pressure. Irrelevant old projects. No work life balance. People get laid-off very frequently. Other folks in projects based in other countries can take as many leaves as they can, but Indian folks are not allowed even a day off - if this happens their attitude changes. Transportation issues. Behaviour issues. People watch TV, abuse each other in the work floor. Management sees and ignores. Waste of time. No learning. No growth. Only humiliation.
