concierge drops the ball a lot on booking for some, the rooms and food are a con, for me they weren't but for a lot of other people, this was a big issue.

Free housing and staff meals. Kind guests. Gorgeous location with lots to do. Management was supportive and thoughtful.

Keep your paperwork on hand. Contract changed half way through the season and one of the benefits they kept was misprinted from the original agreement. People in charge accepted the discrepancy and changed the form to match the original, probably an oversight, but pivotal to keep your original documents.
