      Cons

      Some departments don't fully understand the technology they provide and are more of an order processing group that technical specialists. This puts more strain on key personnel to ensure a positive customer experience.

      Management was terrible and extremely unprofessional. I was fired after reporting her to HR. She also fired other staff who were not sipping the kool-aid.
