Pros

Minimal oversight, lovely co-workers, low expectations

Cons

Grossly underpaid. Management does not properly manage staff or provide the resources needed to complete simple tasks like submitting time cards and requesting time off. Lack of transparency regarding work timelines. CEO gives sales pitches to staff and forwards LinkedIn articles that look more like spam than communication from an experienced business professional.

Pros

Get to meet great people

Cons

This place is the worst to work as a subcontractors. C2 management and hr will not defend you if you get bullied by i3. C2 doesn't have an idea what we are doing in the rrl project project, and does not help. People from i3 will bully you and demand you to work overtime. They will constantly insult you. I3 reviewers have all different information and they all review different once you turn in the corrections from one reviewer, another one will pick it up and say that everything is wrong to start again. You start again, and a different reviewer wants you to re do it, and submit something similar to your original submission. If you ever ask a question, they will get mad at you. If you complain to hr the treatment or ask questions a random bad evaluation will appear and then they will dismiss you, even though you had a previous great evaluation. Hr nor management will care for you. I will recommend to run away from this place, it is not worth it.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. While every subcontractor’s experience is unique, we strongly encourage open communication with Human Resources and Leadership regarding any challenges faced. If we are not made aware of issues, our ability to help is limited. The company is committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment for all team members, and we value constructive feedback as part of our ongoing efforts to improve. Participation and transparency are key—so we urge anyone experiencing difficulties to reach out and keep us included in the conversation.
