Pros
CAA makes their money from the insurance side. The other sides of the company (travel, membership, local stores and products) lose money every single year. Insurance is what keeps this company so wealthy. Taking away the bonus structure from the only department that works will ruin this company. We are so far underpaid. Their shift states “8am-8pm” online however you WILL stay until 10:30pm some nights because they do not close the call centre on time.
Cons
Everything is a con. There is nothing positive about working here except it looking good on a resume. They are about to lose their best employees to this wage cut.
