      The principals collectively had some of the deepest industry experience i've seen, and the longstanding reputation made me proud to represent the brand.

      Cons

      Being such an in demand firm, you have to work hard here. Not so much a "con" as a reality of being part of a leading company.

      Drive to train and coach employees to assist progressing through the company ranks.

      Cons

      Steep learning curve when first beginning.

      Pros

      Very small firm with many smart people, great coworkers

      Cons

      not good benefits. They start with 2 weeks off, but they forse you to take one in December when the company is close. Not flexible, and a lot of overtime no paid.
