Oh man the way this organization operations teams have a managment problem. Dark triad traits are strong with leadership there. People under them are in constant stress, they lack of motivation. Its realy hard if you have that kind of lidership in that kind of company, you feel traped. You have to choose bettwen you health and you dream job. Pity small change in leadership could to so much for people and company.
