Bad Company Experience

1.Most I can say is Flexible timing. 2.There are few really good people who really wanna learn, and wanna make you learn too but again as i said they are really few. 3.A lot of Exposure to technologies, but why that i will explain later in the cons section.(its like two phases of same coin)
Cons
1.No professionalism or management seen. 2.Worthless meetings where no one wanna join but they have to. 3.Compensations are biased. 4.You never know at what time you will be shifted to another project. 5.No team motivation seen. 6.Interns do not have any specified training procedure. 7.You will be hired for one tech then will be directly pushed into another project with completely different tech stack without even having a training session.(which is really not good for a person starting with his/her career.) 8.Thats why they hire everyday and everyday a new person is leaving this company.

Some very friendly people. Many staff members committed to good customer service and great willingness to learn.
Cons
Co-founders are not trustworthy, are greedy, pushy, and treat people terribly. The worst ever. Definite fraud and overbilling clients.
