Pros
- Hire people with little or no experiance - People - Oportunity to Develop good skillset (Without even realising it e.g. troublshootingh, phone skills) - Some really good training
Cons
Really Poor pay Agent - English 19,000 Agent - Language 20,500 Coach- 23,000 ILC- 22,500 Team Leader - 28,000 Different desks managed diffrently (Some are fantastic some are awful), basically this has a big impact on employee retention rate. Agent - English Very limited development once you become a Team Leader
