Pros

Free coffee, tiny onsite gym, close to the expressway, so you can leave quickly

Cons

No real vision or roadmap, employees have no authority to make decisions, every idea needs to be vetted by a senior, even outgoing emails are scrutinised by a manager. IT department houses sensitive data on a team members lap top.
