Pros
Some of the people I have interacted with our pleasant. Flexible hours. You will learn to be a better editor.
Cons
I honestly feel taken advantage of. It is A LOT of training material to review. They ask for a lot of work considering the pay. The quality of the edit they ask for in the general deadlines that are available (and again the pay) is exploitative. This is not a place where I would work in the long-term.
