      Pros

      For anyone pursuing a career in cameras could potentially have a good start here, but there are many camera rental houses in LA so this is not a unique "pro".

      Cons

      There's no structure or communication from management. It's hard to know anything, even when you ask for answers, no one knows what's going on. Management doesn't seem to care or take responsibility for anything.

      Pros

      Non-management coworkers are great, somewhat flexible schedule, industry, some networking opportunity.

      Cons

      Employees are not valued. Company overspends on management and does not handle budgets well. Multiple rounds of lay offs in company history, two rounds of lay offs in my time there. No upward mobility, company seems to be lacking long term goals.
