    Pros

An amazing place to learn about all sides of marketing. The team is so intelligent and willing to help you learn. You walk out of the internship program qualified and prepared for being a marketing professional.

    Cons

    Pros

-Learn a lot about the marketing industry from an agency perspective, gives you a lot of really useful and applicable experience to take into a (potential) future career in marketing -Internship is managed well so you do meaningful work without being micromanaged rather than just "intern busy work" and can see the results of your work -internship is tailored to what you are interested in or want to learn more about -friendly, open office culture, with everyone on the team willing to help if you need it

    Cons

-Unpaid (but great learning experience as I mentioned earlier)

    Cons

CEO will make you dedicate hours that should be spent on clients to grow one of his many side businesses. It is expected to work overtime to support these efforts and I noticed times where client work was deprioritized in order to support his own interests. Growth is not financially rewarded and the CEO loves to give the sob story about how they lost it all and rebuilt to justify being tight with their pennies. The only people who do actually get recognized are those who work insane hours, have no work life balance and zero boundaries. They use shame and fear to try and motivate and sadly it works for a lot of people but I am so glad I woke up to it. Remember - agencies are master salespeople and master manipulators. Do not fall victim to the superficial charm and promises in the interview phase.
