★ Great work-life blance. ★ Provides lots of facilities for employees. ★ Provides opportunities for growth in learning by providing tutorial videos
Cons
★ Don't join as a fresher -- Do not expect growth in your career if you are joining as a fresher. The organization's slogan is "Get the Future You Want" but they do not care for employees (especially fresher). The organization decides your future by putting you on an irrelevant project where you can't expect growth in knowledge. ★ Puts you on a project irrespective of your skills. Provides you with training on one technology and you get a whole different project. ★ Freshers mostly work here to support the applications. Freshers usually do not get dream projects. ★ Hike is too low. You hardly get recognition even if you work very hard. ★ HRs do not respond on time. You can attend lots of doubt-solving sessions with them but then also if you want some clarity HRs do not respond even if you send them emails or ping them personally. ★ Don't give clarity of the project and role before putting you on the project.

Cons
Opportunities for real software development seem incredibly slim. You may be put into a role that has very little to do with your background/skills. If you have a clear trajectory on where you want your career to go, I would recommend not working as a consultant for this reason. If you are just wanting to dip your toe in different tech-adjacent roles, then this may be for you. But fair warning that you may be asked to do IT shift work or be part of a call center regardless of if you have a software engineering degree. The really cool development projects that Capgemini advertises are few and hard to come by.
