* Pay is good if you are experienced and switching into this company. * Senior Management is good as they wish and send goodies during Indian Festivals. * Encourages and focuses on upskilling, there is CON here it will be mentioned later
Cons
* I heard it has more number of production support projects than development. * Even after upskilling company hasn't really provided relevant projects. * There is always a big ugly politics between BFSI and NON BFSI, they tend to bully resources in a professional way. * Hike is okay like other companies. * Shift allowance is very bad. You can't even by a half plate biriyani with the amount.

But fair warning that you may be asked to do IT shift work or be part of a call center regardless of if you have a software engineering degree. The really cool development projects that Capgemini advertises are few and hard to come by.
