    Cons

    If you are in the Technology division but you are not working in coveted Mclean, you are over the age of 30, and you are not white or Indian and not part of the leadership cliques? You may find it a bit challenging here.

    Advice to Management

    Teamwork and collaboration aren't achieved by leveraging a performance mgmt system that pits employee against employee for cash prizes
