I wouldn't change anything at all

*Good training. *CEO is a good leader and has clear direction for the company while also utilizing the experience of his colleagues *Managers and directors work well as a team *Relatively young company and a lot of people have strong work ethic *Amazing company culture - Very positive and friendly atmosphere where people feel comfortable speaking up *Ethics of upper management never a concern at CardioDx *Good benefits - healthcare, dental, vision

*Unfortunately, struggling to make enough revenue to be self-sufficient *Not yet IPO *Fast turn around time required for diagnostic testing which results in a very busy lab and occasionally quality can be sacrificed for turn around time *Only one test available limits the company's available market share
