      Pros

      they pay on time which is always appreciated as a contractor

      Cons

      too many meetings meetings are unstructured the hours are very long they redo reports and presentations 50-60 times the elitism is unlike anything I've ever experienced they don't value diversity and inclusion I wouldn't even be introduced at meetings as I was "just the contractor"
