Pros

1. Early years gave me valuable learning opportunities and exposure. 2. Some good teammates made work manageable during the initial phase.

Cons

🚨 Toxic & Arrogant Leadership -> CEO believes he can do everything marketing, development, design, product, and treats employees like he's doing them a favour by hiring them. -> Constructive feedback is not welcome. Disagree, and you're instantly on the blacklist. -> He once said: “Tum log EY ke employee ki tarah suicide mat karna” which, according to me, is deeply offensive and dehumanising. 🧢 Incompetent and Credit-Hogging Management -> Product VP lacks clarity, competence, and maturity. His favourite pastime is taking credit for others’ work with lines like “Maine ye kiya hai, tumhe main salary kyun de raha hoon?” -> Shows clear bias, particularly against female professionals, especially those married or working remotely. -> Instead of empowering teams, managers treat their roles like a playground ("Ghar Ghar") where favouritism thrives, and accountability dies. 👎 Broken Culture & No Employee Value -> Culture is driven by fear, not respect. Quarterly Board Reviews are rooms full of CUs (Corporate Unit leads) mocking employees under the guise of performance assessments. -> You’re asked to rate your peers, get told what you’re doing wrong, and often humiliated publicly. -> "Fun activities" are actually information-gathering exercises used against employees later during appraisals. 💸 Salary & Appraisal Mismanagement -> Appraisals feel like begging, you're asked why you need more money, and reasons like “aish karne ke liye paise chahiye?” are thrown in your face. -> Someone was even told during their appraisal by Product VP that "Females should not be in a good leadership position". -> Salary distribution methods are vague and unfair, especially during notice or exit periods. -> Full and Final (FnF) settlements are intentionally delayed; mine took over 60 days and required continuous follow-ups. 🚪 Nightmarish Exit Policy -> Notice period reduction? Denied. Buyout? Asked to pay 3x compensation; blatant exploitation. -> KT (Knowledge Transfer) planning is nonexistent until the last moment, and then you're loaded with new work while on notice! -> The Product VP even tried to threaten the extension of the notice period for one of the employees, completely ignoring labour laws. 🛑 Zero Execution, Endless Perfectionism -> Since ages, multiple products were “almost launched” only to be pulled back and rebuilt again, rinse and repeat. -> Leadership keeps chasing perfection but paralyses execution by over-questioning every piece of work. -> Product stagnation has become the norm, not the exception. 📉 The Fake vs Reality Paradox -> Instagram and LinkedIn portray a progressive, employee-first culture. In reality, it’s full of micromanagement, disrespect, and manipulation. -> CUs laugh, eat, and mock employees in meetings while pretending they are "mentoring." 💔 Final Words After serving almost 6 years, I left feeling mentally drained and professionally stunted. The environment pushed me to question my own worth, something no company should ever do. If you value growth, fairness, and respect, please avoid this place. The company is rotting from the top down, and the culture is built around politics, egos, and exploitation.
