Pros
- Excellent work/life balance since I work 5 Km away of my home town - Better salary than most of the position existing in the area - Job stability
Cons
- No real career path (at least if you are not related with production). - In order to develop your career, you need to have "padrinos" (I mean somebody able to help you). Hard work and/or preparation is not enough. - They try to convince us that we are a multinational but sometimes everything seem a big joke: too much bureaucracy, department not knowing what should be its main taks...
