Karlton is cool. Probably the only genuine person at the entire company and the only one that was straight up.

Okay. HR is a joke. There is none basically. I was interviewed on the phone and then in person. They hired me. But then they told me it was 3 months of working full time, and then they would transition me to freeelance working from home. That should have been my "run for the hills moment" But I stupidly stayed. They present themselves as nice people, and are for the most part. Their training is not that great. They wanted me to abandon everything I have learned in my profession and "write their way" and even when I adapted to their suggestions, they kept changing the rules. They gave up on me after a few weeks, because of their inability to work with me. Also, they laid me off (or let me go because "we don't feel you will be successful here") a day after I got into a car accident and had to take care of that. Did I mention the nepotism? One of the owners has like 2 sisters who work here and there are a bunch of people with relatives at this company that get first priority. Stay away from these people! They will not help you in your career path and will throw you out like trash because you don't "fit their style". Then, they will send a rejection email months later. Horrible company.
