Lots of ambition shown CEO and CTO 3. Lots to opportunities to improve skills 4. Very lucrative industry as its nascent and talent war is massive! 5. Learn and work with cross functional departments ALL THE TIME

1. Out of 50 odd people right now, 1/3 are quite dumb 2. Don't feel like you're making the world a better place. The digital ad industry really focused on money rather than larger goals.
