Pros

The Christy Sports values align with my personal values which are extremely important to wherever I work. Leadership cares about you and your growth. The team is working very hard to make improvements to the company and continue to grow our employees and culture. Outdoor industry discounts and perks Ski pass Flexible environment

Cons

Communication can be delayed but there is sometimes a lot of moving pieces so it can be understandable.

Pros

Free ski pass to Deer Valley, great commissions, great tips, fun coworkers, decent management.

Cons

Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
