      Pros

      Ability to grow fast in the past. Although, it is currently hard to find Pros about Citibank. Visit their branches to grt honest feedback.

      Cons

      Senior management are confused, no sense of the company direction. Management don't care for employees but just the sales and service numbers. Super short staff!!! Stay away šŸ˜ šŸ˜ šŸ˜

      Hybrid schedule right out of ā€œtrainingā€ and FT WFH privilege came much faster than expected. There are some great benefits. Job confidence as

      Training was a waste of Citiā€™s money and a train wreck. Facilitator was all over the place. Normally thereā€™s a flow to training, there was no flow and it was all over the place. OJT felt like sinking or swimming.
