More than a job it is a learning experience. You learn while you work and also very flexible with time and leaves and everything.
Cons
Sometimes you get feedbacks every week and it gets realllly annoying to cope up with that. Everyone has a pace of improving. You can't expect change in just one week and with all that's happening in the world. How?
