codewave has flexible timings and offers freedom to learn new things and grow as an employee.the Codewave Leadership Cafe gives an oppurtunity to express one's views and thoughts.Employees are given top protioty in the company.It was surprising when I first came to company for interview I was asked If I had lunch or not by one of the founders and was made comfortable in every way.During my interview process I was given a task to solve and was interviewed by a couple of managers and team leads .My experience so far with Codewave has been positive.
