1. Freedom : Freedom to try out new things, freedom to be your own self, freedom to fail and the freedom to learn anything and everything. 2. Flexibility : In terms of growth, working time, roles as long as we are doing justice. 3. Growth : Be it skillset, role, personal or at an individual level, the way one can grow here is amazing! 4. Peer power : Great team members and a bunch of highly driven young employees learning from each other.
Cons
Needs only individuals who are self managed. If someone needs to be told what needs to be done, this won't be the right place for them.

Pros
Codewave is a Self managed culture. Flexible environment with self accountability. You can venture into different roles based on your interests and skill sets. This is the place for people who wants to steer their own career paths. Along with your core skills you can also be part of Org level KPI's like Revenue, Profitability, CNPS,ENPS, Thought leadership and get involved in org level decisions from day one. You can reach out to anyone for help, very friendly culture at the same time and you can question anyone if you feel something is wrong. People does not judge each other here, they have a radical candour feedback culture. This is basically a company run by every individual and not just by few select people.
