Pros
Their are various chances to grow up as this is start up company.
Cons
The management here is not well skilled, every fifth person is director and every 2nd peron is manager. Their is no justification given to roles over here. So even a role of director would not help as he/she would not be having any rights (even to approve Work From Home request). Job security is not there, if you are not billable then any day they can ask you to leave. Their is no vision at all in company.
