The culture within backend teams is really bad. - Odd hours of working - There was a phase when the new okto was being built from scratch and a lot of effort and hours went in. but, even after that things are not smoothing out - A culture of appreciation is lacking - People are blamed rather than being guided or even asked if they knew about things - A very strong need to train the management on language (how to talk to employees to show appreciation or disagreement). Especially on the backend - Due to such language, the interns/juniors are affected the most, they feel this is the way to communicate - Same is also reciprocated by senior level employees as well - There are times when it becomes toxic to even be on the same call - A clear indication of favouritism is seen

Not such a great company to work

The good thing is the employee benefits and care which is good.
Cons
I didn't like the company culture as it has got too political and is not a startup culture anymore. Leadership of the team was not good after a point in time forcing people to not want to work here anymore. It is not a fun place to work anymore. Things were different at the start of the year.
