      Pros

      None really. If you look at what the company actually is, it’s Symmetry Financial Group. Look at the company reviews on Glassdoor for Symmetry: not positive. If you want to be solely independent and don’t mind others leaching off you, more power to you.

      Cons

      No one puts skin in the game but you. Management will profit off of you with no input of their own but “moral support”.

      We are sorry to hear that this was your experience. We invest a lot of time in creating systems that cause success, but it requires others to apply the methods and plug in completely. The heart and soul that the entire leadership team puts into this business, and into the new agents coming in is mind-blowing. We work tirelessly to help others succeed. It disappoints me to know that your experience wasn't this way. I wish we would have been informed of this sooner and not in a review after a year "working with us."       Pros

      Supportive culture that focuses on your growth both personal and professional. Income potential is immense if you can make the most of the business model.

      Cons

      It’s a grind. If you can’t recruit and grow an agency you will likely get burned out at some point. If you can’t manage your business properly you will quickly be in the red.

      very positive environment well structured support

      Cons

      lack of clarity on path to success since current "leaders" know how it used to be done, but due to industry changes as well as the economy reducing home purchase and refinances the game has changed but the "system" still preaches old school methods that worked from 2013-2019

      We are sorry to hear this! The summit training and ongoing education are geared around all of the new tools, techniques, and systems. These are all geared and adjusted to the economy and market changes. As I work and lead many in the NWA area, I'm saddened that this wasn't expressed to me and my wife directly any sooner.
