Pros

There was good growth in 2015 but is unlikely to go any further this year with escalating costs and the solution itself is not unique and can be easily replicated.

Cons

If you want to be a manager, Collective Health is the best place for you. More than half the employees are some sort of managers(product, program, operations, health, interaction and so on) or lawyers. There are very few who actually work. Collective Health does not need them anyway because they don't have any product worth mentioning besides fancy web sites. Nepotism is rampant too as top executives hire spouses and give themselves fancy titles.

Pros

Good benefits, especially health insurance. Some very intelligent people. Company mission is great.

Cons

Untrustworthy leadership that makes reactive choices and publicly badmouths their subordinates to other subordinates. Politics are HUGE here. I have quite literally heard of leadership making decisions on firing people simply because they don't "like them". I genuinely didn't know people behaved like this outside of those outlandish tv shows and movies where people have no tact and are completely unprofessional. Yelling and pointing fingers is normal when it comes to escalated matters, and working over 40 hours is not only typical, but expected. Weekends are not off limits either, and we get fake commended for our hard work and dedication, when really we would have just been reprimanded if we protested on constantly working outside of the 9-5. I have witnessed employees crying from different departments and levels; managers too.
