Great Company just needs some hierarchy restructuring - Account Executive Colorescience Employee Review

Being micromanaged by RM with multiple 1-2 hour long phone calls a week, no office day allowed even though one day a week was company policy, scare tactics used if concerns were voiced, hitting above quota but in sales being micromanaged with extra "busy work" implemented by RM and no office day to prepare for account visits, prospects, events made the hours of admin work after being out in the field all day 13-16 hour work days. Horrible Management , RM never properly trained any employee in her region and had the highest turnover rate in the company losing 8 AE's in a year.
