      Pros

      The Benefits are great, and the free snacks are awesome!

      Cons

      The staff is under-paid (not in current market rates at least), and they are disrespected. Management isn't willing to listen to their problems or difficulties in dealing with how they are dealt with, or ways to improve work flow and communication.. A culture of division and revenge is nurtured.

      Pros

      Good access to management. Good referral networks. Well regarded national/international association. Good reputation in the market. Good compensation for brokers.

      Cons

      Stagnant. Behind the competition in making moves towards growth in the market. Salaried positions appear to be below and less competitive than those of similar sized operations in the same business category.

      Pros

      I was getting paid 10 dollars an hour, and I got a work out while working everyday.

      Cons

      I used to get really dirty, and sometimes the houses were so nasty that I didn't even want to go inside.
