Pros
Flexible work environment Good environment if you work best independently
Cons
Maybe something has changed since my time here, but: The business seems like a side hustle hobby more than an "award-winning agency." There is a huge lack of direction and creativity. In a way, it feels like a scam to not only the employees but the clients. Most projects follow the same template, for every client. You aren't getting necessarily what is best for your business. The company description is not accurate. There are promises made in the job description that you more than likely will not be delivered. It states you will be working with a design team, but you aren't given a team to work with. If you say you are a company of at least 20 employees, there should be proof of those employees. Being a small agency isn't a bad thing, but lying to future employees and clients about the company size is. Such poor communication. When given a task, there was no description or direction on which you should take. Deadlines were often forgotten about and given to employees at the last minute. Some days the owner just doesn't show up. You cant contact him for help and get frustrated when you do. If you claim your door is always open, keep it open and don't shut people out. Don't make your employees feel bad for asking for more information or help. If you state you're a creative director, be that. Everyone should work as a team, so we are all on the same page.
