Pros
Working from home - this is honestly the only reason many people stay
Cons
Employee comes last - no pay raises in the last 10 years, benefits are poor compared to competitors, and constant reorg/layoff. Due to high turnover, the talent is very lean and projects are constantly understaffed. Morale is incredibly low and expectations are held so high when there is zero reward for hard work. No training or foresight - culture is to be reactive not proactive.
