Though It's a bootstrapped startup they are Expanding Real Quick giving tough Competition for another Big wig competitors like Railyatri one major metric which Stands Confirmtkt is User retention and Accuracy in Train PNR enquiry which got the product decent number for DAU'S. Good work atmosphere and Work is easily manageable without much pressure from the founders
Cons
1. No importance is given to management apart from tech 2. This is Purely a tech product company, where the management doesn't Support your decision if you are in the management or BD roles. 3. They need to validate their Approach for Scalability (i.e Both tech and Managment play an equal role in the growth of the company Negative approach towards experimenting things and implementing new Ideas at fast-paced level Low Pay not up to the standards
