THINK TWICE BEFORE APPLYING. Conservice is completely mismanaged. They have made it clear time and again that they could not care less about their employees, their pay, and their retention. They make enormous structural changes that deeply affect the workday of their employees without taking ANY feedback into account. What's worse is that they actually DO hear the feedback, and then choose to ignore it. They revamped their pay structure so they can cut pay for their full time employees for issues that are completely outside of their control. They force billing managers to utilize new broken IT systems and then penalize them for being slower than usual by cutting their hourly pay. They disincentivize using ANY PTO, because if you take time away from work, you can't keep your numbers high enough to be safe from monthly pay cuts. Who wants to deal with punitive pay decreases? What a horrible company to work for.
