Good experience - Lab Technician Contest Analytical Employee Review

This is a family run company in which there is certainly a family feel. The owners allow for flexible schedules and are very understanding of things in life coming up. The employees at Con-Test are some of the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. We like to have fun when we can with things like cookouts, holiday parties, dunk tanks and games which breaks up the days which are very busy.

Often times the environment can be high stress due to issues beyond the employee's control. Also the other con would be that the pay is on the low end.

Flexible schedule depends on management

Takes things very personal and would hold that against you. Would use all sort of method to kick you out . You can spend all your youth there but would never be liked as those who have connections with upper management. Definitely foul play in this company. They do not respect you nor thank you for your time and effort. You leave ? "Oh OK bye you traitor". Pay you barely above minimum wage but expects 10x as much from you.
