      IG Metal tariff ensures compensation keeps up with time. Among the best payers within automotive industry, however compared to other industries especially IT/ Software conservative salary growth potential. Super interesting projects, experienced colleagues, RnD focused Pension plans

      Cons

      BUs have huge workload generally at Senior engineer level eg Architect/ Integrator. For the work-load salary growth should be better with time. However it’s an industry problem, IG Metal Tarif can’t pay like the SW industry

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
