Pros

Though i worked here as a contractual job only for year, I am writing my honest reviews here 1. Excellent brand. Still has lot of potential to grow in India with respect to auto ancillary sales. If one looks at the way Bosch grown in India in last 20 years, these guys has the potential grow 2. Even though, I was a contractor, I had interacted with many GM's and few times with CFO. Not even once, they had given hint of their positions 3. Good Job Security. Never people talked about firing. If the year is not good, they don;t give increment and cut travels. but still fixed pay is protected. 4. Excellent work life balance. Though they start early at 7.30AM, you can logout by 4.45pm. After 5.30pm, Office will be nearly empty. 5. Provides decent food and employee transport (slightly subsidized)

Cons

1. Still running on old technologies. If you work here, then you cannot go back to other companies which has poor work life balance. This company is only for retirement.
